Description
Our Corporate Professional Development Series is comprised of one, five-day session. Our session will be held in late fall and will be conducted at Northwood University's Midland, Michigan campus at the Sloan Family Building for Aftermarket Studies. Participants will collaborate on a team project that will analyze aftermarket-specific leadership viewpoints. Teams will present their projects on the last day of our session. Team presentations are judged by their class peers. The Corporate Professional Development Series consists of robust discussion and learning related to the challenges and opportunities confronting the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket.
Outcomes
Participants at the end of this course will be able to discuss current and emerging trends within the automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket. Participants will identify strategies on how to distinguish their organizations from the competition and dominate the marketplace. Participants will be able to identify best practices associated with cyber-security and supply chain governance, analyze the challenges connected with creating a vibrant organizational culture, will be able to define values, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to achieving better results, demonstrate methodologies surrounding financial management, and will be able to prepare team projects.
