    Description
    Heavy-Duty Leadership 2.0 is a five-day leadership development intensive to prepare commercial vehicle aftermarket professionals with the skills and connections to achieve more in their career and get better results for their organization. It consists of leadership best practices, case studies, robust discussion and learning related to the challenges and opportunities confronting the heavy-duty and commercial vehicle aftermarket. This learning experience includes a blend of academic research, industry expertise, and market analysis from a commercial vehicle perspective. During the session, participants collaborate on a team project that will analyze aftermarket-specific leadership viewpoints. Teams then will present their projects at the end of the session and are judged by their class peers. The course is facilitated by Northwood faculty, senior aftermarket leaders, and distinguished Ph.D. graduate school instructors.

    Outcomes
    Participants will:
